Who we are
ClipCameo ("we", "us") is an independent web tool that creates AI-generated videos from a photo you upload. ClipCameo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or anyone appearing in the original clip. Contact: support@clipcameo.com.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and name, and the sign-in method you choose.
- Photos you upload: the photo you submit to create a video.
- Generated videos: the videos we create for you, linked to your account.
- Order information: the credit packs you buy and the amounts. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: device and browser type, pages visited and basic logs, collected through cookies and similar technologies, to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
- To create, deliver and let you download your videos.
- To manage your account, credits and purchases.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and prohibited content.
- To answer support requests and improve the service.
Who processes your photo
To make a video, your photo and the source clip are sent to an AI video provider that runs the model. We use providers that act as our processors. Your photo is used only to create your video. We do not publish it and we do not use it to train models.
Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Generated videos are kept so you can download them. You can ask us to delete your photos, videos and account at any time by writing to support@clipcameo.com. We may keep order records as long as the law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (hosting, database, AI video generation, payments, email) and when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing support@clipcameo.com. If you believe your photo or likeness was used without your permission, write to us and we will act on it.
Children
ClipCameo is for adults. Do not upload photos of minors. We remove content involving minors when we find it.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep the service working, and basic analytics to understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
