Refund Policy

ClipCameo sells AI-generated videos one at a time or in packs. Each video you buy is one generation.

If a video fails

If a generation fails, we retry it automatically. If it still fails, your purchase is restored as an unused video you can generate later at no extra cost. This is a credit back to your balance, not a payment back to your card. You will see it on your order page.

Unused videos

Videos you have paid for but not yet made stay available for 12 months after purchase. After 12 months, unused videos expire and are not refundable.

Finished videos

Videos already made are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been paid to our AI providers. AI results vary: the 8-second, 480p video follows our track and scene, lip sync is close but not frame-perfect, and moves change every time. Please read "What to expect" before you make a video.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you agree that generation begins immediately and that you lose that right once the video is made.

Something went wrong with a purchase

If you were charged twice, did not receive your videos, or something else is wrong, email support@clipcameo.com within 14 days of the purchase with your order link or the email you used at checkout. We will review it and, where we agree a refund is due, refund it to the original payment method through Stripe.
