By using ClipCameo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ClipCameo lets you upload one photo and receive an AI-generated video in which a person from the photo replaces the lead performer in a prepared clip. The result is generated by AI. It may contain errors, and we do not guarantee that a result will look exactly as you expect.

Not affiliated

ClipCameo is an independent tool. It is not made by, endorsed by or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, any record label or any platform. Names are used only to describe the trend the clip belongs to. The source clip and its sound belong to their respective owners.

Your photo and your responsibility

You confirm that:

  • the photo is of you, or of a person who has agreed to this use;
  • the person is an adult;
  • the photo is not of a celebrity, public figure or any person who has not agreed;
  • you will not create sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive or otherwise harmful content, and you will not present a video as real or as made by the people in the original clip.

We may block or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of unused credits where the breach is serious.

Credits and payments

  • Videos are paid with credits. At 480p a video costs 1 credit per second, at 720p 2 credits per second.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months after purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Taxes are shown at checkout.
  • If a generation fails or is blocked by review, the credits for that video are returned to your account automatically.
  • Credits already used for a finished video are not refundable. If something is wrong with a purchase, contact support@clipcameo.com within 14 days and we will review it.

Your videos

You may download and share the videos you create for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you follow these terms and the rules of the platform where you post them. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

Takedown and reports

If you are an owner of the source clip, or a person who appears in a video and you want it removed, email support@clipcameo.com with the details and we will act on it promptly.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits used in the last 12 months.
